This beautiful waterfront home is located at Kingston, Ontario, Canada, a city of 120,000 about equidistant from Syracuse,Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa. Syracuse,Toronto and Montreal are about 2 1/2 hours away by car or 2 hours by train while Ottawa is a little closer at 2 hours. Kingston is considered to be the fresh water sailing capital of the world and is the gateway to the splendor of the world famous 1,000 Islands. The house itself is magnificent with it's south facing walls of windows and large rooms. The great room has hardwood floors and an enormous kitchen while the cozy den has a wood burning fireplace. The indoor heated pool is perfect for working out or playing all year round. Everything is in excellent condition and built to very high standards.
