2000

Known simply as "Resinator", this band started playing on the Thunder Bay bar scene playing their first gig for the "Breast Cancer Benefit".  By the end of the year they broke up.
 

2001

In February the band re-formed under the new name, "The Resinators".  They started playing the bars, as well as doing recording sessions for their first album.
 

2002

The band played live more frequently and later that year, released their first album titled, "The Adventures Of Johnny Mars".
 

2003

Despite this being a tumultuous year with band member changes, "The Resinators" were playing more than the previous years .  By year end, they were working on their second album.
 

2004

With the bars becoming non-smoking, there were less opportunities to play around town.  A couple highlights from this year were the band playing the legendary "Nightmare On Gore St." at The Wayland and releasing their second album, "Pay City".
 

2005

There were very few gigs, but some of them were big ones such as playing with "The Benders" at the CLE Coliseum and opening for the eighties band, "Toronto".  Recording sessions for their third album had begun by the end of the year.
   

2006

This was a year the band playing three years in a row for both "Summer In The Parks" and "The Kakabecka Falls Street Fair".
  

2007

The bulk of their third album was being recorded this year. Gigs were more frequent than the previous two years.  The band started to play more corporate gigs than ever before. 
   

2008

By joining the AF of M 591, the band officially achieved professional status. This year also saw the release of their third album "After The Rage".
   

2009

This was a year the band decided to explore their blues roots to record and eventually release a blues based album called "Resinator Blues".
  

2010

From a live performance perspective, the band played more than in its previous years.  The gigs ranged from regular appearances at the Itai Bar to special shows at Chippewa Park.
 

2011

The band wasn't playing as often as the year before.
