WEBSTER THEATRE CONCERT FEBRUARY 3RD:
(reported by Patrice Rasmussen - a hardcore chilla)

Not playing a concert for at least 2 weeks, all the Chillas were super excited for the Webster show.  As the doors were opened, the Chillas piled in the place along with some soon to be Chillas. As some of the Chillas came in, Steve, Jeff, and Dan("The Red Shirts") interviewed some people about who they came too see (and of course for all of us, it was tHrOnE!). While the first couple of bands played, it gave the tHrOnE boys and all the fans a chance to talk to each other and get all the supplies they might not have, or that they have, but just want some more of(shirts, CD's, stickers).

Soon enough it was time for tHrOnE to get all their stuff set up on stage; all the Chillas got up as close as they could to the stage, unfortunately there was a barreir thing in the way, so we couldn't get right up close. But that did not stop anyone from cheering as loud as they could. This show wasn't like all the other shows, there was no 'Reading Rainbow' or 'Meringue' or 'Everyone's Grudge' and they only got to play 30 minutes, but they still blew the roof off of the Webster. The guys first started the show with 'New Army' next following with the O so popular 'Winter'. The mosh pits began to erupt! While tHrOnE was playing there was some good ones, and I heard talk from other people that they liked tHrOnE for that. Some people might have gotten a 'Blackeye' in this song that was played next....what about 2 cows...what imaginations they have! "Bring me back to when I liked you and you crushed me I'm all over you we're through", yes 'So Jealous'. Hearing the chords of 'With It' being played, I had to take a moment for the Awesomest Chilla, Morgan who couldn't make it to this show,  so I had to go in a mosh pit just for her. Now, it was time for the last song of the night so everybody jumped as 'Overthrown' was so talently played.

The guys cleared the stage for the next band. They went back to their spots in the front room, where they could once again talk to the Chillas. By this time everyone was out trying to get to the merchandise setup of tHrOnE. People were swarming try to talk to the guys and to buy their CD's and shirts. By the end of the night, the guys got some new Chillas, and I would like to say to all of them, welcome to the Chilla Army.

I hope to see you all next Saturday at the El-N-Gee Club show, it's gonna rock just as much as all their other shows, if not, better! tHrOnE Rocks, Chillas Rock, Rock On!!!

WEBSTER THEATRE CONCERT FEBRUARY 3RD:
(reported by Tania - an awesome chilla)

It was a chilly night as many people poured into the Webster.  The place was filled with excited people wanting to listen to good music and get some ink in their skin.  Although the Tattoo part of the event got postponed the crowd was still kicking.  The place filled with anticipation, it was going to be a long night. As the  night went on people came and watched the earlier bands passingly.  That is, UNTIL tHrOnE!!!!!  As soon as they took the stage people came out from the side rooms, stopped just standing there, connected with the music, and  JUMPED!!

Derek started the set by warning the crowd it was nothing but a half hour of pure music. Well the audience enjoyed every minute of that: from New Army to Overthrown, from watching Derek nursing his cut finger, to the drum stick Ces threw to a lucky little audience member.  The Mosh pit was swinging in full force and the rest of the chillas jumped and danced.   The energy level in that room matched the guys intense half hour of music.

Justin, Casey and Derek all played extremely well.  From the first time I saw them (7-8 months ago) I thought they clicked.  Justin plays the riffs that make the music truly interesting. Ces supports and lays down a beyond solid beat, which gives Derek the cool tune to  sing the  lyrics that people can relate to and playing the bass that helps hold everything together.   I know I am not the only one that believes  this either because I could hear the buzz of people talk about how far the band has gotten and how good they ARE.

tHrOnE made a lasting effect on the audience, the other bands, and WCCC.  Who all could not thank tHrOnE enough.  Wasn't that a red shirt on the stage anouncing the rest of the bands AFTER tHrOnE's set?! And I don't mean Jeff, Dan or Steve.  Kevin "The Afternoon Guy" thanked tHrOnE personally and wore Jeff's tHrOnE 'crew' red shirt in support for the guys.Talking about those Red Shirts without Jeff, Steve, and Dan the shows wouldn't run as smoothly. I mean I think everyone has to admit those guys work damn hard for their friends and the guys are lucky to have them.  Helping them create an awesome website, sell merchandise, sell tickets,  set up the stage, and tune up the guitars isn't easy, but they do it like no other.

The night was phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!!!  I got to see G-Soul and many other good local bands share the same stage.  Most importantly I got to see tHrOnE and their NEW ARMY take control of the Webster and hopefully much much more.

WEBSTER THEATRE CONCERT FEBRUARY 3RD:
(reported by Rachelle Killeen and Ashley McCarthy - 2 incredible street teamers)

In anticipation of the tHrOnE concert on Saturday (Feb. 3rd) we (Ashley and Rachelle) blasted Overthrown all the way up the Berlin turnpike to the Webster. It made the red lights seem like a Godsend for giving us more time to listen the CD. When we arrived we were thoroughly frisked at the door but it didn’t matter because right before our eyes were Justin, Casey, and Derek. Their excited faces told us a great night was expected. Steve jumped over the guardian rails to interview tHrOnE fans. Screams of "tHrOnE rules!" echoed loudly. We gave a tour to a new chilla chilla after chatting with the guys. The first couple of bands to play were a blur due to our charged energy over tHrOnE. When the DJ from 106.9 Kevin The afternoon Guy got on the mic. to announce that the next band was tHrOnE we went wild. He continued to say that he was very impressed with the band after seeing them before. After a depressing commentary by deReK that it would only be a half-hour set, the boys kicked off the show with New Army. As usual there was not a body to be found that wasn’t totally into the music. This was followed by Winter, accompanied by flashes from a sea of cameras. Next up was Blackeye, which was partnered up with fearless jumping fans screaming along. As the concert progressed we could see Jeff peering over the left side of the stage taking pictures for the web-site. In every tHrOnE song performed, 100% energy is put behind it. However, the song that stood out that night was So Jealous, which was next on the list. With It followed, which reminded the crowd why they bought tickets to the show. As Overthrown came on a bittersweet happiness swept over the crowd. Even though the song rocks any chilla’s mind the crowd new it was coming to an end. Derek’s final scream sent chillas running for the merchandise counter. A night seeing tHrOnE play is always well spent and can put anyone in a good mood.
