April 27, 2000 - The Battle Of The Bands Is Upon Us

......tHrOnE took place in the Loomis Chaffee 'Battle Of The Bands 2000' which pitted them against five other local acts. tHrOnE placed second, missing out on first place by one vote. Many tHrOnE fans from around Connecticut flocked to the event to show their support and appreciation for the band. After tHrOnE's set was completed the audience chanted for an encore but once they had finished that song, the crowd chanted for yet another encore. When the judges announced who the winner was, the audience let them know that they didn't argee with their decision and began to chant 'tHrOnE.'
