Know DisturbedIt all glued together when long-time friends Fuzz (bass), Mike Wengren (drums), and Dan Donegan (guitar) jammed with David Draiman (rad pipeing vocals) back in 1997. Surprisenly, David Draiman grew up in religious household and eventually bounced around from not just one boarding school, but five! Like any true Metal band, life experiences is what makes a good band. Not being able to perform in several East side clubs only made them more determined to be recognized; and so they were, just listen to Droppin' Plates.

David, besides vampting his unique vocals his past takes him to Brooklyn, New York and now residing in Chicago where he attempts to understand the female mind. This is why Disturbeds' lyrics are so awesome!
Dan, loves to write music, checkout new and awesome bands. Growing up in Alsip, Illinois there he was influenced by Black Sabbath and Metallica.
Mike is from the Southside of Chicago where he drumed his way to what we know as the unique, ass pounding calls of Disturbed. Besides his dreams of becoming an awesome drummer, he was influenced by Scott Travis (Judas Priest),Tommy Lee (Motley Crue)
, and most recent Vinnie Paul(Pantera).
Fuzz now living in Chicago is originally from Covington, Kentucky. He plays a five string bass guitar that can rock any band out there today. Fuzz is influenced by the one and only Geddy Lee from Rush music wise and women wise. |
