Subj: Booster Meeting, Spring Trip
Just a few things to update you on:
There will be a booster meeting on Monday, April 2nd, 7:30 pm at Ellendale Baptist Church.
The spring trip plans are coming together. I hope to have the itinerary confirmed and a final cost of the trip for the meeting. By March 15th, you should have paid in (or earned) a total of $350 in your trip account. The final balance of the trip cost will be due on April 15th, and the maximum cost of the trip will not exceed $450.
A committee has been selected to nominate the booster officers for 2001-2002. The members are Bob Putnam, Edith Wells, Pam Reece, Mark Summers and Beverly Hale. If you are interested in running for any office, please let one of the committee members know, or email us at boltonband@hotmail.com. We plan to have a slate of nominations together so that we can elect officers at the booster meeting in April.
