If you would like to volunteer to work in the concession stand, please contact Mary Huntley or Denise Gowen at boltonband@hotmail.com.

Check out the "Game Info" page for the dates of home games when our concession stand will be open. We will be open for all High School Varsity and 9th grade home games.

We especially need workers on Senior Night and Homecoming, who can help free up our senior's parents to participate in the special events for those nights. Your help with this is greatly appreciated.

Concession Stand Volunteer Information

August 21, 2001

Dear Band Booster:

Thanks for volunteering to work the Bolton Band Boosters concession stand. Please arrive at the Bolton Stadium at the time assigned to you. You will not have to pay admission at the gate. Identify yourself and they will check the list for your name. If you can not work, please call Mary as soon as possible so that a substitute can be found.

• You must wear a ball cap or hair net. (We will have hair nets you can borrow.)
• When you arrive we will give you an apron to wear and your assignment for the evening.
• People who handle money will not handle unwrapped food.
• Everyone will wash their hands upon arrival and periodically.
• You will be given instructions for your job.
• Please keep your work station clean throughout the evening and plan to help clean up when we close.
• NO CHILDREN will be allowed inside the concession stand.
• You are welcome to one complimentary drink and one food item.
• Please take a short break and leave the food service area for all eating and drinking.
• No smoking is allowed on school property.

Mr. Chipman and the students thank you for your interest and your diligent work on their behalf. With all of us working together we will have a successful and profitable year.
