Brian Epstein

Brian Samuel Epstein was born on September 19, 1934
Brian Epstein is the man who discovered the Beatles, and guided them to what we know as Beatle-Mania, making them the most successful popular artists of this century. It was decided that Brian would be the Beatles' manager at a meeting on December 10, 1961. Brian changed the Beatles' appearance to more professional suits and told them not to smoke or swear on stage.Later on the others blamed their lack of leather on Paul. But Paul insists it was a mutual agreement.

After the success of the Beatles, Brian also managed other acts, including Gerry and the Pacemakers, Billy J. Kramer, Cilla Black, the Fourmost, the Big Three, the Remo Four and Tommy Quickly

While the Beatles were in India in 1967, on a meditation tour with the Maharishi, Brian Epstein was found dead in his home

In my campaign to get more signatures to the petition I have ran into WAY to many WHY's? WHY? Ya wanna know why? Well maybe you haven't read about him about what he did for the Beatles. He got George Martin to take them on with out Brian's persistance our boys may not have been "Large Scale" Performers!! Geees Anyhow here are some Positive comments I received from memebers of Forums I posted the info on.

I agree-Epsteins memory deserves it. Without certain
PR and pushes and connections who knows if the boys
would have made it from Hamburg to the hall?
Probably would have-the force and talent were just too great-but who knows.
would they have been as good without Martin? Behind the scenes stuff IS very important.
