Astro Jackson is a cutting edge new music group whose infectious melodies and solid grooves get crowds up dancing in every venue they play. Just being few months new, they played all night long to a packed Star Juno Town Pub on the 9th of March 2001, in their hometown of Nelson, BC. On the 17th, they came out of nowhere to rock Snow Shoe Sam's at Big White Ski resort in Kelowna, BC with the same outcome they felt at home; packed crowds dancing and singing along to memorable songs and hooky choruses. Their four-hour mainly original set contains versions of songs by their favorite bands including the Grateful Dead and the Velvet Underground.
