Boys will be boys - if Jane Carter didn't know that before she raised two superstars sons, she definitely knows it now.

"One time,we were having a pool party and Aaron pulled Nick's drawers down in the pool," Jane tells J-14." There were a lot of girls and guests there. It was embarrassing for him.He managed to get them back up,but he got a little moon-shy."

The two Carters cuties constantly kept their mom on her toes. "Aaron is just a little ball of energy. He's like the Tasmanian Devil," Jane chuckles. "He's all over the place. He doesn't stay in one spot for a long period at all. That's how he does what he does.He doesn't stop." But Nick was the showstopper of the house. "Nick was always trying to put together these little shows when he was younger," she says. "He would go in the closet and dress up the kids and pass out invitations and say they were having a show that night. Each kid would have a part. That was really funny." Sometimes, this would even get the now 21-year-old into mischief.

"When he used to do these little shows,he used ketchup for fake blood and it would get all over the couches and he would get in trouble."

Both Nick and Aaron had a normal childhood, and like all kids, they had their favorites. For Aaron,it was watching Rugrats on Nickelodeon while chomping on sweet cereal and playing with his Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. "He was totally into Ninja Tutles," Jane shares. "Actually,Nick was into them first and then he handed his collection down to Aaron when he got older." Nick,on the other hand, palled around with his My Buddy doll, was a huge fan of The Muppet Show and played videos games every chance he got. "I really had to regulate that because otherwise he would never really stop playing them," Jane explains.

Nick was nine years old when he realized that he had a talented singing voice, but Aaron was a lot younger. He was only five when he started talking about being a singer, too.Once Nick and Aaron were discovered,Jane became what she calls a "mom-anager." Watching her boys shine is a highlight in her life. "I think it's like any parent would feel, seeing their child in a talent show or something. They're proud of their children.I'm just amazed at what they can do.No matter how often I see them,it doesn't ever get old for me."
