I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Tucson Dressage Club, Mariposa Riding Club, La Mariposa Resort, Dr. James Wooten (all and singular), and the directors, officers, employees and agents thereof, from and against any and all loss, costs, or expenses, or any claim thereof, of whatever nature, arising or to arise for and on account of, or by reason of, the entry or entries hereby made. I represent and agree that, for entries made for or on behalf of an exhibitor under the age of 21 years, I am a parent or duly appointed legal guardian of such minor, and I am entitled to make this entry for and on behalf of such minor. I further represent and agree that I have full authority and privilege from such other person to make an entry for and on behalf of that person.
