Shoulder-in to Renvers, Stretchy Canter Circle, Flying Changes in all 3rd level tests, optional double bridle at 3rd level --- all in the new 2003 Training - Fourth Level tests. Stephen Clarke FEI "O" and Janet Brown FEI "I" (one of the test writers) will talk about the criteria, how to ride and judge these new tests which will be demonstrated by horse/riders on Oct 22 Tuesday at CARA.
