The 2003 USA Equestrian Rule Book is available for reading or printing on the USA Equestrian site. All rule changes new for 2003 are indicated by colored text.
There is also a Rule Book Supplement that contains all changes for 2003 since the printing of the Rule Book, as well as a clarification document regarding the Jumper rule changes. These documents and all rule changes are located under Rules/Changes.
