The 2002-2003 OMNIBUS is a joint venture of the Tucson Dressage Club (TDC) and the Arizona Dressage Association (ADA). A copy of the OMNIBUS is provided to all TDC, ADA, and Southern Arizona Arabian Horse Association (SAAHA) dressage members. The OMNIBUS contains the recognized dressage show information (prize list) for TDC, ADA, Santa Rita, and SAAHA shows. NOTE: The OMNIBUS entry form can only be used for those shows listed in the OMNIBUS.

The mailed OMNIBUS contains only one entry blank. For each horse entered in any of these shows, the entrant must fill out an entry form with all the USAEq/USDF numbers. You can either make copies of the OMNIBUS form, or you can download the form here.

The 2002-2003 OMNIBUS entry form (with corrections) has been converted to an Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) file.
