General Board Meeting
January 7, 2002
University of Arizona Meat Lab
Present were Board members Ellie Stine-Masek, Jennifer Parker, Beth High, Iréna Callahan, Lynn Boice, Michelle Manshardt, Robin Ritter, Holly Small, and Julie DiNatale. Also present were Rachel Tanenbaum, Dian Seabury, Terri Wayne, Anna Calek, Glenda Toll, Debbie Legner, Stephanie Glock, and Bob Glock. President Ellie Stine-Masek called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.
Minutes: Minutes from the previous meeting were motioned for approval by Jennifer Parker, Michelle Manshardt seconded, and the motion passed.

report was approved as submitted by L. Boice. All the bills from the fall show have not been paid. The organization is in fine financial shape.
Membership Report: There are 75 paid memberships. TDC welcomes all the members.
OLD BUSINESS
Welcome New Board Members
E. Stine-Masek welcomed the new Board and turned the meeting over to the new president, Jennifer Parker. She welcomed the new Board members, and she requests that all who volunteer for an activity follow through with their assignments.
