Competitors Note

CHANGES IN OMNIBUS ENTRY FORM

There are two important items on the Entry Form included in the 2002 OMNIBUS that competitors need to note. These items apply to all 2002 recognized shows.

1. The AHSA drug testing fee was increased from $8.00 (currently the stated price on the form) to $10.00.  Update the fee change on your Entry Form. Each competitor must include the $10.00 drug fee per horse.

2. If you complete the "COACH INFORMATION" block on the front of the form, your coach must sign the back of the Entry Form.

It is the competitor's responsibility to complete the Entry Form correctly.
