Newsletter: L. Boice stated that the cost of the newsletter has increased about $115-125 per issue.  The following are the highlights of this discussion.
a. Spectrum printing is $306 per issue. The question is would copier instead of offset printing be cheaper.
b. The newsletter is to be kept to a maximum of 16 pages.
c. Sponsors and advertisers will be needed to pick up the increased costs of the newsletter.
d. B. High made a suggestion to get one person responsible for the advertising.

e. L. Boice motioned and J. Parker seconded and passed that all advertising is paid for before it is published.
f. There are questions and concerns about the website and the advertising updates.
g. B. High motioned that a marketing director be advertised for to be responsible for all ads and will receive a 15 percent commission. This will apply to the newsletter at first with an opportunity to apply to the shows. This motion was tabled and E. i. C. VandenBerg will work on guidelines for ads.
j. The following avenues are open to absorb the increased costs of the newsletter:

4. C. VandenBerg will talk to D.
Seabury about the job as marketing person.

K. J. Parker and B. High will do a writeup on the Symposium for the
