TEAMWORK!!!
What a great effort everyone made on behalf of our club to make the BEAT THE HEAT SHOW a GREAT horse show!!
Everyone from out of town was complimentary on the footing, hospitality, organization, fast posting of scores, and even the thunder storms that cooled off the afternoon classes!!
I was so grateful to all the volunteers who contributed generously of their time. Many of you were unable to compete for whatever reasons, but you still offered to participate as ring stewards, runners, scorers, etc. The award winners should always be reminded of the enormous efforts of others that make it possible for the show to happen. We are publishing a general letter from Wendy Russell, the Volunteer Coordinator, who was called out of town unexpectedly with a family emergency three days before the show.
