Board Meeting
December 3, 2001
Home of Robin Ritter

Present were Board members Ellie Stine-Masek, Jennifer Parker, Iréna Callahan, Lynn Boice, Robin Ritter, Beth High, and Carolyn Vanden-Berg. Absent from the meeting were Michelle Manshardt and Rachel Tanenbaum. Also present were Terri Wayne, Kindra Ochoa, and Faye Gandolfi. President Ellie Stine-Masek called the meeting to order at
7:03 p.m.

Minutes: Minutes from the previous meeting were motioned for approval by J. Parker, L. Boice seconded, and the motion passed with minor corrections being made by I. Callahan.

Treasurer's Report: The Treasurer's report was approved as submitted by L. Boice. All the bills from the fall show have not yet been paid from the show account. The organization is in fine financial shape.

Membership Report: There are 150 paid memberships. There were six responses to the new membership policy of $45 for a 15-month membership. It is renewal time, and the policy is that all membership forms and checks be MAILED to S. Glock and will not be accepted any other way.

OLD BUSINESS
November Show
1. Ellie Stine-Masek acknowledges and thanks the following individuals

for their outstanding contributions to making the show a success: Show Program, Andrea Hausner; Awards, Kathleen Gayle; Show Office Hospitality, Sally Manshardt; Barn manager, Alan Leacy; Volunteer Coordinator, Rachel Tanenbaum; Judges' Hospitality, Annette Davis; Show Treasurer, Dian Seabury; New Arena Preparation, Marc Hiscox; and T-Shirt Sales, Terri Wayne. A big thank you to all the horse show volunteers who served as ring stewards, scribes, score adders, and runners for two days.
2. D. Seabury reported that not all the show bills have been paid, and that the judges were more expensive this year.
