Margret Dieckmann to Clinic at St. Georg

RIDE TO THE RESCUE
BENEFIT CLINIC

Margret Dieckmann returns to St. George Dressage & Schooling Barn in Sonoita for a three-day dressage clinic August 22-24.

Margret has competed extensively at the Grand Prix level, and she is also a judge. She is employed by the Westfälisches Pferde-stammbuch e.V. (Westphalian Horse Breeding Association) in Münster, Germany, where she helps overlook their breeding program, rides for their one-hundred-day mare and stallion tests, and is a demonstration rider for the auctions. Margret has also spent six year in Japan teaching

their professionals and future Olympians. She now spends about 320 days a year traveling between the U.S., Japan, and Canada conducting training clinics.

Lessons at the August clinic are $95 each; auditing is $15 per day. Refreshments and lunch will be served.

For more information or to reserve a lesson, contact Scarlett Fahrenson at (520)455-4751; or Beth Glass at the Saddle Shop, 325-3996.

On September 21, 2002, Irbinskas Stables in Sonoita will be hosting RIDE TO THE RESCUE, a riding clinic to benefit Belle Animal Rescue Kennel (BARK) in Nogales. BARK is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing animals in need along the border. All proceeds from the clinic will be donated to BARK.

Heather Irbinskas will give private ($75) and semi-private ($35) Western or English lessons throughout the day. Reservations are required.  Auditors are welcome with a $10 donation.

Door prizes will be given to those attending. A weekend stay at the Irbinskas "Casita" will be raffled. A stay at the Casita affords the rider a great opportunity to enjoy a weekend of lessons and/or riding on the beautiful Empire Ranch next door.

Enjoy a day in cool Sonoita and help the cause! For more information about BARK, the clinic, or to schedule a lesson during the clinic, contact Heather Irbinskas at (520)455-9316; or heather@snapbacks.com
