Spring Haven Rabbitry

Welcome to Spring Haven Rabbitry, located about 45 minutes south south-east of Cleveland, and 30 minutes north of Akron.
We raise Silver Martens in black and chocolate, but we try to concentrate mainly on chocolates.

I first got started in Rabbits over twelve years ago when my family first got a black Silver Marten doe.  The next year, we got an opal Mini Rex doe and a broken castor Mini Rex buck.  We bred the mini rexes for a couple years as 4-H projects.

After several years, all our previous rabbits had died, and I wanted to seriously get into breeding and showing rabbits, so I decided on chocolate Silver Martens.  Well, you can't just have a pair, so I got a few blacks and worked on breeding the blacks to chocolates to help improve the type and color in the chocolates.

We are a small rabbitry, with enough holes for 10 rabbits.  The rabbits are happy and healthy living outside all year long.  Please take a look around and enjoy your visit.
