Welcome to all who have found your way to our door.
We hope you enjoy the time you spend here.
Blessings upon all who enter.

A very old statue, from the 8th century B.C.E., shows Hekate with wings,
holding a snake.
The oldest Greek form of the Triple Goddess.
Many are of the understanding that Hekate is purely Greek of origin.
This however is not so. For She has been from the beginning of time, from all ages.
Hekate was a Goddess of pre-Olympian time, Thracian of origin.
Her festivals were held at night by torchlight.
A huntress Goddess who knew her way in the realm of spirits, all secret powers
of Nature were at her command, control over birth, life, and death.
Riding in her chariot which was pulled by dragons.
It was said
she wore a shimmering headdress and was second to none in powers of sorcery.
She could change ages or forms and rejuvenate or kill.
One of her symbols was the cauldron, representing her great wisdom.
Her images stood at three-way crossroads where offerings of dogs, honey,
and black ewe lambs were left on Full Moon nights.
Divination and communication with the dead was performed in these places.
For She had the power and wisdom to pierce the darkness, bring visions,
call back from the past, illuminate the present
and give warning or promise of the future.
When the moon is covered in darkness and ghost-torches light up the night,
the hell-hounds bayed and the river nymphs shrieked,
as the night owl announces the arrival of Hekate.

For many years Sacred Crossroads has been the torch
to guide women along their chosen pathway.
Providing guidance, counseling, teaching and magickal assistance.
Though we assist in many areas and respect secrecy,
there are two dark secrets that need to be brought out of the closet,
They are child molestation & domestic abuse.
1 out of 4 women will experience domestic violence in her lifetime.
If you or someone you know or love is a victim of Domestic abuse,
Get involved.
By doing so, you can make a difference.
You can get more information here.
The physical world we normally experience is a shadow of the real world.
The real world, the world of spirit, exists behind a
veil, and the veil is our own conditioning.
In truth, we are not bound by the world of space, time, matter,
and causation, but the veil prevents us from seeing this truth.
It also prevents us from living in power, freedom and abundance.
"Different does not mean better or worse, merely not the same.
We should be grasping our individualism and teaching about our differences
so others can learn from one another."

Personal Power comes from within.
Your personal power includes your self-esteem,
your ability to make decisions and follow through with them.
Knowing your strengths and weaknesses, having confidence in your
personal abilities and talents. Believing in yourself.
Do you doubt your own abilities?
Are never satisfied with your achievements?
Do you feel that you always have to prove yourself?
Are you afraid to make decisions or take a risk to better yourself?
Casting a spell is observing and participating as an equal partner in the natural order.
A woman is part of the natural order, all power is part of nature.
I recognize the reluctance toward casting a spell.
It is against every kind of social conditioning you have ever received.
Casting a spell, in self-defense or in self interest, is not selfish but life affirming.
You have been given powers, the very same powers that society devalues.
If you think back into your early childhood,
you will probably remember an incident when you knew something others
didn't know, an occasion when knowledge came spontaneously and intuitively.
Perhaps you read someone's thoughts, knew what was inside a
present before you unwrapped it, made an improbable wish and it came true.
You may have felt a strong kinship with nature or a bond with animals
and plants, felt a certain power coming to you from the stars.
You may sense the moon phases without having to look at the sky.
You may have seen spirits of little people or heard them in the night.
Ancient tales of the Gods and Goddesses may have resonated with
something deep in your soul, and you knew the old myths were as true as the
scriptures you may have read in a church or temple.

Reclaim Your Power!
The root word of power means "to be able."
No matter how much your personal circumstances have lowered
your self-esteem,
you have inside you a powerful spirit waiting
to be released and empowered. Though referred to by many
different names, some being "the true self" or "higher self".
This is your personal source for guidance, strength and
happiness. It wants only whats best for you.
Allowing this empowerment is a choice only you can make.
In taking responsibility for our actions,
we reclaim personal power and create our own destiny.

If that which thou seekest thou findest not within thee,
Thou wilt never find it without thee.
“When you’re ready for change”

You already have everything you need to make the
desired changes in your life.
True magick comes from within.
It’s your imagination, your will, your desires, what you want or need.
Your focused thoughts and words have more power than you could ever imagine.
Magick is the process of creating a desired result with the aid
of the Divine and our own abilities.

"Energy is an essence of life that forms it's existence,
fades, restructures it's form, and then lives again".
Einstein
"Magick is the Science and Art of causing Change
to occur in conformity with Will."
Aleister Crowley

Not all Witches cast spells.
Not everyone who casts a spell calls themself a Witch.
If you would like to learn more about spell casting,
I have included a few spells for protection.
If you've never cast a spell before there are additional

Why should a woman cast a spell?
"Casting a spell, in self-defense or in self-interest is not
selfish, but positive, life-affirming. You have been given powers,
the very same powers that society devalues...
What if it comes back tenfold?
Well, don't be a fool.
Never use your magick to attack the innocent.
Then you have nothing to fear...
Don't be frivolous or cowardly.
If your course is righteous and your tools ready, go to it."

Here is a spell for protection:
You will need:
2 candles, 1 brown, 1 blue.
In a pinch, 1 white candle will do.
Anoint the candles with appropriate oils,
Hold the candle in your power hand,
See yourself happy and safe.
Place the candle in a secure candleholder, on a fireproof surface
If using 2 candles do the same with the other candle,
then Light the brown candle saying:
Mother of all, protecting Lady.
Goddess of all things,
Of the grey waters and bright stars
And the brown fruitiful earth
Here is your favor and the protection you give.
Light the blue candle saying:
Lady of the blue skies and waters
And soft rain in the forests,
Comforting mother,
Enter me and be with me
So that I may be strong,
So that I may be safe,
Let no harm come to me,
Within or without
Anywhere, anytime
In all places
All times
Surround me with your protection
Your comfort,
Your strength:
Let evil be far from me,
your good always near
Blessed be.
Feel the love, peace and protection surrounding you.
Meditate on this for several minutes.
Allow the candles to burn about a half hour,
every time you gaze at them remember that feeling
of love, peace & protection surrounding you.
Do this spell once a day as needed.

Spell Thanking the Goddess for Favors Received:
From time immemorial, acacia flowers have been a legendary favorite
to burn as incense. It’s proper name Acacia Senegal, or Gum Arabic.
Take a little of this and burn it in your fire-resistant incense burner
on special charcoal. (not the kind you use for the BBQ).
Burn a little bit in the morning and a little bit at before you go to sleep.
This practice opens your psychic centers at the times when you are most
relaxed and makes you receptive to blessings.
Almost any prayer can be sent up on the Acacia's fine curling smoke:
Thanks, or more prayers for good luck or health, or whatever is needed.
You may want to say something like the following prayer:
Lovely goddess who runs in front of the wind
You who grant the wishes of your children
And tend to their needs like a mother,
Thank you for the blessings you have bestowed upon me
Thank you for the blessings yet to come.

To rid yourself of grief, regret and sorrow:
Mold a tablet of earth or clay,
Write on it all You would cast away
All you regret,
All that you bear,
All that afflicts you,
All that you fear
Break and bury it deep in the ground, Saying this charm.
"To heal the wound
Sorrow be dust
And dust dissolve
Let all my grief,
Go into this grave.

I would like to take a moment to thank my daughter Pixie for her tireless
efforts, never ending patience and support through out the years.
I am very proud of her.
Pixie made the mistake of marrying a controlling man who for
5 years ridiculed her for her beliefs and criticized her for
practicing Witchcraft. A painful lesson learned.
