Before we begin our class, a few items: Do you have Dragon Naturally Speaking Preferred installed on your computer? Do you have a headset with microphone plugged into your sound card? If your answers to the above questions are NO, please contact IRTS HelpDesk (see your department secretary for help). If your answers to the above questions are YES, let's begin! After watching my welcome video, click the "Begin Lessons" slideshow icon below to start. The slideshow will start PowerPoint if you have it on your computer. If you don't have PowerPoint, you can download a free viewer. I suggest you follow the directions on the slideshow on how to print the slides out as a workbook. Once you have the workbook printed out, start Dragon Naturally Speaking Preferred and work through the exercises. When you are finished with the lessons, come back to this web page and take the quiz by clicking the icon below. After you have finished the quiz, make sure you evaluate the class by clicking the icon below. |
