Mental Stuff

I have odd forms of thinking and perceiving. I sometimes believe to have extra sensory ability or that unrelated events relate to me in some important way. I generally engage in eccentric behavior and have difficulty concentrating for long periods of time. My speech is often over elaborate and difficult to follow. Often, I am careless with money and take action without thinking about consequences. I have mood instability and poor self-image. Suicidal threats and actions are not uncommon. I feel inadequate and avoid social situations. I am fearful of being rejected and worry about embarrassing myself in front of others. I exaggerate the potential difficulties of new situations to rationalize avoiding them. Often, I will create fantasy worlds to substitute for the real one. I yearn for social relations yet feel I am unable to obtain them. I am frequently depressed and have low self-confidence. I tend to cling to people and fear losing them. I may become suicidal when a break-up is imminent. I am overly sensitive to disapproval. I often feel helpless and depressed.
