Comments: Pretty good for beginners cuz they have PageBuilder. No HTML knowledge required. How dependable it is? Eh, so so. PageBuilder is limited though. Once you learn the ways of the web, I suggest you pack up and get the heck outta there!

20MB free space, pop up or banner ad choice, FTP.
Comments: Uh, I've never used it before, but I know they're part of the Lycos Network, which makes them associated with Angelfire, so I guess they must be similar ^^

20MB free space (was 50MB -_-), pop up or banner ad choice, FTP.
Comments: These guys are my good ol servers now, but I don't know how good they actually are -_- Well, they're pretty reliable, nice organization, don't take too long to load, I say they suit my needs pretty well ^_^ Except they went el cheapo on me and cut the space down to 20MB from 50 MB -_-()

Envy.nu
20MB free space, on page ads, FTP.
Comments: Well, no comment here cuz I've never tried them. But I hear they're not bad cuz they have free site tools and site promotion. Again, this is just what I hear from others. Check them out and develop your own opinions.

Comments: Never tried them either. But that no ads thing is a hooker isn't it, except for the fact that they have limited bandwidth per day.

50MB free space, banner ads, FTP.
Comments: These guys don't sound too bad neh? And to top it off, they have unlimited bandwidth and hits, sub-domain url, and no file size limit. But looks may be deceiving...*shrugs* This is just what it seems like to me.

Top Cities
150MB free space, pop up ads, FTP.
Comments: Whoawee! They look like they have it all don't they? Plus more! Free guestbook, email forms, message board, and EZ page builder.
