I am a Disabled American and due to the generosity of many kind people, our campaigns have been very successful. I would like to take the opportunity to again thank you and your family for your support.

Unlike other charities and fund raising groups, DWA hires no paid solicitors, and no professional fund raising groups. We hire only disabled people according to the new Americans with Disabilities Act of 1999 and 100% of your money goes directly to disabled individuals. You are directly responsible for helping people with disabilities, that others may not hire, learn to live with dignity and self-esteem.

Our goal is a very simple one. Our organization provides employment opportunitites for physically, emotionally and mentally chanllenged men and women in an atmosphere tailored to meet their individual needs. We promote public awareness of the contributions and achievements of the disabled. We strive to impart a feeling of self esteem in those less fortunate, and we attempt to demonstrate leadership in the corporate environment by proving that blending business and social consciousness can be productive.

The individuals this organization employs are disabled as defined in the New Americans With Disabilities Act. We provide extensive training to our employees so they can be self-supporting and productive rather than a dependant of our welfare system. Your money helps provide employment for people like myself and many other handicapped and disabled individuals.
