VALUABLE COMMUNCATION FOR MEMBERS AND GUESTS

District 3, 2002 Club Newsletter Contest
Deadline: April 25, 2002

Send 3 copies published between July 1, 2001, and April 15, 2002, to Don Griffith for the district contest.

To enter the International Top Ten Newsletter Contest, send 3 copies with a cover letter to World Headquarters. They must be received on or before April 25, 2002, to be eligible.

Newsletters --- from single page, typewriter written versions with hand drawn art to multi-page issues composed of computer generated type and illustrations --- are providing District 3 members with an all important Toastmaster need --- communication.

"Newsletters create a subtle bond, holding members together","We use it to help secure new members. Every time guests visit we give them a newsletter", "I've noticed healthy clubs seems to always have newsletters" are comments heard frequently during club newsletter discussions.
