~Supreme Court Members~

*Must be a graduate of law school.

*Must be a member of the state bar.

*Must have a total of ten years of previous experience.

*Must have lived in state of elect for at least ten years.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is elected by the five members of the court, and is the Supervisor of the whole court system.  The membership of the court can never be less than five years.

The Supreme Court Chief Justice makes about $129,150 a year.

~Supreme Court Justices~

Each elected Appellate judge is allowed six years.

The Appellate judges are given around $123,900 a year.

~Superior Court Judges~

*Must me at least 30 years old.

*Must have five years of previous experience.

*Must have lived in state of elect for at least five years.

Each elected Superior court judge is allowed a six year term.

The Superior court judges are given about $120,750 a year.
