Renewing Passports

1. Send it via courier to embassy in Riadh or Embassy in Dubai. It is highly recommended to send it via courier. If you have someone residing there, they can pick it for you and send it back via courier. It turns out a lot cheaper this way. I am sure that Dubai accepts this, but Riadh, you will have to check with them first. Contacts

2. Contact DHL, they will deliver it to the embassy in Riadh, and bring it back. For charges, please contact DHL in Kuwait.

Picking up a Passport Application Form
