Amarthian Combat
I developed this a long time ago; i'll tpying from memory so bear with me on this.
1.The Basics: Style 1 - Amarth on a wim of revivial
Rolling dice is simple type: [case sensitive]
roll #d# - to get a random roll
ROLL2[orhigher]d[number of sides on dice] - to se what each each lands on, plus the total

roll 1d10 +or- a number adds or suptracts from the total
2. Amror classes [EVERYONE outside of non ackledged groups is considered to have cloth armor unless they're group has made IC and OOC agreements to these rules; or the individual furson has]
Visiting furres with no military rank gain armor class of +2 only; cloth armor --wepaon short sword or mace - no shield
Guards gain armor of +3; leather armor --weapon mace, spear, or single hand axe - kite shield
Officers gain armor of +5; chain armor -- single hand axe, short sword, or long sword - kite shield
Generals and Knights gain armor of +8; normal plate mail armor -- any weapon [except gaint axe]- any shield
Guild Leaders gain armor of +12; gothic armor -- any weapon [also only ones to use elven champion sword]- any shield
3. Weapon Bonuses [these are the only weapons aloud by this rule set, until i add more; damge base 10
Short Sword: +2
Mace: +4
Spear: +4
Single hand Axe: +5
Long Sword: +6
Flail: +7
War Axe: +9
Bastard Sword: +9
Gaint Axe: +10
Elven Champion Sword: +12
4. Using this Info
Say your fighting a guard [armor of +3], and your weilding a short sword[+2 attack].
you would:
roll 1d10 -3[their armor bonus] +2[your weapons attack] example
roll 1d10 -3 +2 - - - - - the resulting number would be the damage done.
5. Char life amounts
Visitors: 150
Gaurds: 165
Officers: 180
Generals/Knights: 195
Leaders: 210
*please note this is a fair well balanced system and may not be as good as it was.
6. Using Magic, I've put it here to allow you to have an undestering of the others areas first.
Magic works much like the weapons only with Res. factors, these Res, Factors work with the armor to lessen blows.
7. Using in Offical Fights,
If two furres wish to use This system in offical fights to limit time of fights, the furres are recommended to use turn base, fairly equal levels, and Leader fighting a Visitor would be nearly no fight at all. Also its recommended you do RP fight attacks then roll for damage to make combat more interresting
Style 2
Chance Balance
This type of combat is much simpler once learned and praticed a few times. With this you simple roll to see if you hit, no armor factor, no weapon factor. Just a scale with 1 begin contacted
