If you are going to order by mail, please submit your order to our system by using our secure order form as well as mailing it to us. This way, we can be sure we have your items in stock before we actually receive your payment.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAIL ORDERS
Fill out the order form completely, then print two copies, one to send to us and one to keep for yourself. After printing, submit the order to our system. You will receive two email acknowledgements. One immediately after submitting your order. The second email will contain a copy of your order and the instructions and cooking demonstration.

SHIPPING
Our goal is to ship all orders just as soon as possible, however this may not be possible during heavy shipping periods.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
All orders are shipped out in the order that they are received, that is unless a customer requests the "Expedited Shipping" option. The expedited shipping option means that your order will be placed ahead of all other orders and, depending on the time of day that your order is received, shipped within 24 hours (business days only). The fee for this option is $15.00. To request this option, simply type "Expedited Shipment" on our secure order form.
