ALASKA - HAWAII - PUERTO RICO SHIPMENTS
Orders destined for Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii are not shipped free of shipping charges.

For orders destined for Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii please send an email requesting a shipping quote. Send the email to Contact@RealCook.com.

In the email, please include your name, your address, and the items and quantity you are ordering. Also, state whether you wish to have ground, next day air, 2nd day air, or three day select service from UPS. You will receive an email from our company within a few hours letting you know what your shipping charge would be. Then you can decide whether or not you wish to place your order.

OTHER COUNTRIES
Orders destined for countries other than the United States are not shipped directly to the final destination. Even so, we can still ship your order destined for any place on earth, and this is done free of shipping charges from our company.

HOW DO WE SHIP YOUR ORDER?
Unless you have already obtained an address located inside the USA for your order to be shipped to, we will ship your order to a company we use for the purpose of international shipments. The company is called "My USA Box" and is located in New York city.

IMPORTANT: My USA Box is in the business of shipping products to other counters and, after extensive research, we are certain that My USA Box can ship your order to you cheaper than we can, thus saving you money.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO COMPLETE YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER

(A) You will need to go to the My USA Box website (we will give you the link after you read these instructions).

(B) You will need to open an account with My USA Box.

(C) My USA Box will issue a box number to you along with an address in New York. This will be your "ship to" address for your order, and we will ship your order to that address.
(D) My USA Box will notify you as soon as your order arrives in New York.

(E) If you like, you can order products from other online companies and have the products shipped to your address in New York. My USA Box can combine the orders for cheaper shipping charges.

(F) You will then login to your account with My USA Box and select the items that you wish to have shipped to your address in your country.

(G) You will receive your order in about four days.

Please place your order online by using our secure order form. To do so, you will simply use the address that My USA Box will give you as your "ship to" address, and use your name and address as the billing information.
You will pay MY USA BOX for shipping the merchandise to you, and as stated, we will not charge you for shipping your order to your address with My USA Box in New York.
