When you fill out the order form, leave the credit card information blank, and in the section on the form marked
"Special Instructions" simply type "Paypal."

After you have placed your order, you will receive an invoice from Paypal with our company name, "The P. B. Helms Company." Follow the instructions in the email to pay for your order via PayPal. And that's it.

Be sure that your email address is typed correctly, otherwise neither our company nor PayPal will be able to contact you and therefore we will not be able to ship your order.

Orders destined for Canada or the United Kingdom placed without shipping instructions are shipped to "NYBox Forwarding Company" located in New York.

"NYBox" will ship your order at a discounted shipping rate.

CANADIAN DESTINATIONS

There are many businesses located inside the USA on the border between the USA and Canada which will receive your Canadian bound packages from the U.S. for you. This can save you money by avoiding the higher shipping cost to Canada from the US. These companies will notify you by your choice of either email or phone when your parcels have arrived. The will then hold them at the facility until pick-up. Some of these rates are unbelievably low for a set of our cookware. Plus, we will not charge you shipping charges for orders shipped anyplace inside the contental USA, residential or business.

Our customers who have had their orders shipped in this manner tell us that they usually save up to several hundred dollars (US Dollars).

And remember, our company always ships your order free of charge to any location inside the continental USA. Below is a short list of the UPS stores which will hold your order for you until pick-up. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ADDRESS LOCATED INSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA which you would like to use for your order, we can ship to that address FREE OF SHIPPING CHARGES.

If you do not have an address located inside the USA for your order and would like to use NYBox.com for your shipment, YOU WILL NEED TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER.

"NYBox" is located in New York and is a professional forwarding company which ships to hundreds of different locations. After extensive research, we have determined that "NYBox" can ship our orders at a lower cost than we can, therefore saving our customers money.


WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO COMPLETE YOUR
INTERNATIONAL ORDER
You will need to place your order online by using our secure order form. To do so, you will simply use the address in Canada or the United Kingdom where you would like to have your order shipped.
For Canadian and United Kingdom shipments you may use a credit card, a debit card, or PayPal. In addition, after placing your order you can send a check or money order to our home office in North Carolina.

After we have received your order and calculated the shipping cost, we will send an email to you containing a shipment quote and the total amount of your order.

If you are satisfied with the amount of the shipping charge, simply let us know via email.

If you have chosen PayPal as your payment option, PayPal will send you an invoice via email. The email will contain a link to PayPal where you will be directed to pay for your order.

Once you have paid PayPal, we will be informed and will begin to process your order for shipment.
