SHIPPING DATES
Our goal is to ship all orders just as quickly as possible, this is usually within one to three business days, however, during heavy shipping periods or when UPS is not operating, this may not be possible.

We ship our orders out in the order which they are received. If your order cannot be shipped within a reasonable time frame, you will be notified by email.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
As stated, all orders are shipped out in the order that they are received, that is unless a customer requests the "Expedited Shipping" option. The expedited shipping option means that your order will be placed ahead of all other orders and, depending on the time of day that your order is received, shipped within 24-48 hours (business days only). The fee for this option is $15.00.

Out of Stock Items
You will be notified if the product you ordered is not in stock. Please believe that every effort will be made to ship your order as quickly as possible. We want you to have your merchandise as soon as possible after you place your order.

UPS Ground
Most of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service unless you have made other arrangements for your order.

UPS ground shipments destined to any state inside the continental USA are not charged a shipping fee. The only additional charge is a $5.00 handling charge per order.

Next Day Air and Second Day Air Shipments via UPS are both available. To receive an air shipment quote, simply email your order details to our customer service.


CANADIAN SHIPMENTS

If you wish to place an order with our company to be shipped to Canada, we can ship your merchandise to a forwarding company. We leave choosing the forwarding company up to our customers. You can find a list of forwarding companies in your local telephone directory. You will need to contact the forwarding company before placing your order with us.
When placing a Canadian order online, simply use your address as the billing address, and use the forwarding company's address as the ship-to address. The shipping charges from our company to the forwarding company would be free, you would pay the forwarding company for shipping your order to you.

Gifts - Alternate Ship-to Address
If you are ordering your merchandise as a gift to be shipped to an address other than your own, please inform us of this when you place your order or key in the alternate address in the space provided on the online order form.

Taxes
The P.B. Helms Company's home office is located in North Carolina and our warehouse is in Texas, therefore any orders which are shipped to residents living in North Carolina or Texas are charged a 7% sales tax.

Checking the Status of Your Order
As stated previously, most of our orders are shipped via UPS. If you have not received your order within ten days after order placement date, please send us an email asking us to check the status of your order. You will receive your UPS tracking number and delivery date via email.

Damages and Shortages
Should you discover that your merchandise is damaged, this should be reported to the UPS or the UPS driver immediately. The P.B. Helms Company and the manufacturers of our products are not responsible for damages which occur during the transit period, the freight carrier is responsible for this. If you ordered more than one item, you may not receive all of your merchandise at one time. If you order the demonstration video along with your cookware, it is normally packed inside the carton containing your merchandise.

Returns
The P.B. Helms Company will gladly accept a return for a legitimate reason. Before making a return, you will need to obtain a return authorization number via email. Please read our complete return policy at the following website: Return Policy
