The Jersey Duo heads off an extensive list of slashable Kevin Smith characters. Having appeared in Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, they are quite possibly the best known reoccurring characters in the comedy genre. The newest (and supposedly last) film to debut is Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and I highly recommend it. Sure, Jay ends up with a chick...but the pure slash value is still there...if not more so. :)
