August 1999
August saw many different #1’s, which is an unusual thing for TRL. Backstreet Boys, Limp Bizkit, 98 Degrees, Tom Green, and ‘N Sync all shared the honor. The month in general seemed extremely uneventful in retrospect, except that it contained my birthday! In my log, I, on that day, wrote my first ever ideal countdown. It isn’t limited to only TRL videos. I thought I’d share it with you:
