We record and publish minutes from three sources: Annual Meeting (all members invited; voting by members present), Monthly Executive Council Meetings (Required of 7 Executive Council Members---5 vote; open to all members--- contribute to discussion/non-voting), and occasional Park Day Business Meetings (as needed, voting by members present). This provides a record of decisions made by the group or its representatives and is especially helpful to new members and when issues arise that need clarification or research into precedent.
