Job description: Group Representative
1. Is a spiritual encourager & prays regularly for group and individuals
2. Models the code of conduct
2. Represents the group to the home school community----leadership
meetings, as contact for
AFHE, potential members, group mail/phone calls
3. Communicates with leaders of other groups to gather ideas and cooperate when beneficial.
Communications Facilitator
1. Directs people to those they need to coordinate with or get
info. from to do their jobs or get answers to questions. Keep people
connected; get them help.
2. Maintains Roadrunner email/web page
3. Administers group surveys
4. Creates or oversees creation of publicity/flyers
Meeting Coordinator
1. Presides and attends over 8 of 10 regular Board meetings
2. Plans, set ups and leads "Back-to-School" Meeting
3. Insures bylaws are followed
4. Presides over whole group voting/meetings
5. Votes only in case of tie or recommends vote be taken to the Group.
6. Recommends sensitive issues be taken to the Group for a vote.
Serves as "Headquarters"
1. Keeps all files/records & misc. Roadrunner property not
in use or attached to a specific job
2. Maintains registration information.
3. Manages letterhead & coordinates donation/grant requests.
Problem Solver/Innovator
1. Makes a note of things not working, gathers ideas & feedback
from outside sources and
makes recommendations to the Board or
Group for improvement
2. Delegates, recruits or takes jobs abandoned by others
3. Insures that Code of Conduct is followed
4. Develops new programs/opportunities

Assistant Administrator--Motto "Let's Pray About it"
Job description: 1. Acts as a role model for Code of Conduct 2. Serves on the Council as a voting member and commits to attend 8 of 10 monthly meetings 3. Provides perspective and feedback to Administrator---Hey! This woman gives great counsel! :-) 4. Seeks information to contribute to problem solving 5. Presides over meetings/voting as a substitute for Administrator 6. Represents Roadrunner to the home school community alongside
the administrator 7. Helps Administrator with his/her job duties 8. Provides spiritual encouragement & prays regularly

sessions. 4. Records minutes of Board meetings and makes them available
to Council members monthly and members upon request. 5. Tallies votes/ballots at Board meetings and Special Group
voting sessions. 6. Arranges monthly Council meeting date, time & place

Teen Activity Coordinator--Motto "You Can Do It!"

Manages teen activity calendar of all teen events and provides the Calendar Coordinator a copy 4. Reports on teen activities and status of Junior Achievement, Student Council & Yearbook (teen clubs) to the
Executive Council 5. Collects event and field trip planning forms for teen activities and checks forms for accuracy/completion of forms
before passing them on to the Roadrunner Newsletter Typist 6. Provides encouragement, perspective and feedback to teen workers as needed & She's a "spirit-born" encourager & cheerleader! :-) 7. Assists in the organization/structure of teen clubs 8. Shepherds other jobs as assigned
Treasurer--Motto "Every Penny Accounted For!"

3. Submits a budget to Council for approval 4. Has authorization to make deposits and disburse funds when
budgeted or approved, with appropriate documentation. 5. Provides monthly report to Council for review 6. Maintains financial records & She is careful, thorough and precise! :-) 7. Collects, tracks and disburses funds for special events
and field trips when requested. 8. Provides financial recommendations to Administrator
and Council 9. Seeks Council or Group approval of expenses not already authorized
