Your site MUST have some ORIGINAL content that features FULLY FASHIONED
STOCKINGS.
The preferred method of display of the stockings is on a
female, however, if you have a collection of stockings in their original wrappings,
feel free to post it.
At least part of the site must be accessible free of charge.
No fully pornographic images. Nudity is OK, but please give
an indication of the level of nudity on your site when you complete the site
description on the joining form.

Follow its instructions and you will be on the Ring in a few
days, subject to the Ringmaster's approval.
The Ringmaster's highly subjective decision is final.
Sites that do not add the required HTML fragment to their Home
Page within 10 days of applying will be automatically deleted.
