Well, well, well. Canadian programming has failed us again! Last week global skipped the Dawson's Creek episode to play the 2nd part of the Beach Boys mini series. Though I wasn't disappointed of the Beach Boys movie and, Ryan Northcott who played Carl Wilson is pretty hot, their bloody songs are stuck in my head, we are now officially behind the Americans. But that's okay because they are playing reruns for a long while!
So, now I must say, everytime I watch Dawson's Creek I learn alot of new words, but I never thought that a nine year old kid would have a larger vocabulary than me! I may be only 14 but i'm not that dumb! I bet the kid who played Buzz Thompson (It was Jonathon Lipnicki who was in Stuart Little) had to have his agent help him with the prononciations ( I know I spelt that wrong). Anyways, I must applaud the writers with their knowledge of what kids like these days. " I have on word for you. Pikachu!". Those are the words that came out of little Buzz's mouth. You could also find him bashing some not to older kids with the mallot you use to hit those groundhogs with at the carnival. But I think it was sweet how Pacey and Buzz found something in common with eachother. Just like Buzz, I know how it feels to have your father leave and start another family and then forget about me. We both didn't hang around crying.
But on a happy note, Dawson's mom is on her way to opening up the restaurant. Jenn finally got out of the clutches of freshman Henry (who looks too old to be the same age as me) to come work as a waitress, but after dropping about a hundred plates of food she turned into their hostess. I wish I could get a job that easily. Gail finally gets the help she needs from Bodie, who turns into her partner and well this story was boring. So let's move along.
Now, that was clever how the writers made Joey turn into the Jenn of a relationship. Remember the very first season when Joey was in love with Dawson, but Jenn was going out with him. Well, it turns out A.J (Joey's boy toy) has a best friend from when he was little also, and from how we see it, they are meant to be. Of course, being the Joey she is she gives A.J a reality check, breaks up with him and calls Pacey to pick her up within an hour. I knew that they would get Joey and Pacey to kiss some day or another. They've used up every other possible relationship in the main cast. The only one left to happen is Dawson and Andie! I have noticed they have been getting closer (he he). Naw, i'm kidding but you never know!
