CURRENT CAREER GOAL: I recently moved to the East Bay to go graduate school (eves.) and am looking for the perfect fit in a part to full time position utilizing my extensive experience, organizational capabilities, and sense of humor. Creative talents are a plus.

Over 30 years experience ranging from founder/manager/bookkeeper of 40 person cooperative arts and crafts gallery to high school art teacher (3 yrs.), office manager, receptionist, administrative assistant, data entry. Friendly, helpful initial contact with people both in person and on the telephone; excellent telephone manner; comprehensive knowledge of office procedures; bookkeeping, purchasing, billing, payroll, employee, state and federal taxes, correspondence, manuscript editing, newsletter publishing, travel arrangements; extensive computer experience on both MAC and IBM- Word, WordPerfect, Lotus, Excel, Quicken, Powerpoint, Hyperstudio, FileMaker Pro, DataPerfect, PlanPerfect, DBase, Adobe Photoshop, Director, Fractal Design Painter 4, for a variety of tasks; budgets, accounting, word processing, NAU CUFS system, IDMS system, CRIS, AR, Home page development and WWW use.
