A few years ago I had a close friend go to JaiL for not being able to pay traffic tickets. When i went to visit him i could see the lonely look in his eyes. As i looked around i noticed several other inmates with sad and lonely looks on their faces too. That's when the idea for JaiL MaiL Pen Pals was born. From this idea JaiL MaiL grew into one the world's most popular and respected Pen Pal websites. Because of the required Domain name change, JaiL MaiL Pen Pals will be now known as BadboyPenPals.com However, our goal remains the same. We will continue providing lonely inmates with Pen Pals.
