CICI ---GRADE:: B-

Pre-Open Alert on CICI on activity in pre-market due to increasing attention related to the electronic signature technology...the Nasdaq was once again very negative losing over 100 points again today and really took the life out of this alert...on a positive day CICI would have tested the $4 dollar range...but, as it is it opened at $2.72 with an intra-day high of $3.09....Longer term CICI looks very promising.
