SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 2000--Chattown.com Network Inc.'s (OTC BB:CTWN - news), holding company, Value Plus Marketing Inc., Thursday announced that they have established new headquarters in downtown Sarasota.

The new office is located at 200 S. Washington Blvd., Suite 9, Sarasota, FL 34236.

Value Plus Marketing Inc., expects to have nearly 40 web sites of various content and revenue streams in its Chattown.com Network by year-end. The sites will offer interactive technology of video and audio, online shopping, financial content and other e-commerce services. The Chattown.com Network is striving to be a leader in interactive dynamic content.

At present, the network is currently generating roughly 10 million page impressions per month, a five million increase from this time last year. With the expected additions and acquisitions of other targeted web sites, the Chattown.com Network expects to be generating 20 million monthly page impressions by year-end.
