DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 28, 2000--uniView Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq:UVEW) announces that it has placed approximately 550,000 shares with LBI Group, Inc., an affiliate of Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc.The transaction, completed today, is valued at approximately $2.5 million.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 2000--uniView Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq:UVEW), through its Products Group and business alliance with Domintel Concept, S.L., Tortosa, Spain, announced today the planned deployment of the uniView 310 into the pioneer sector called "Open Cable."
Through Domintel's contract with Telecrevillent the uniView 310 will be deployed in the Crevillente, Spain market on its initial roll out later this year.
