Shrimps with Mix Vegetables
(Yield: 3 Servings)

Ingredient:
1/2 lb Shrimp* (Shelled and deveined)
2 tbsps Cooking oil
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 lb Mixed vegetables**
3-4 tbsps Oyster sauce
2 tbsps Cornstarch (mix with 2 tbsps water)

Preparation: 
1. In a wok, heat oil and stir in garlic to cook until light brown. Add shrimp and stir-fry constantly for 1 to 2 minutes.

2. Add mixed vegetables and oyster sauce; stirring for 2 to 3 minutes to cook.

3. Add cornstarch mix and stir lightly until sauce thicken. Serve with rice.

*Can be substituted by thinly sliced chicken, pork, or beef.

**Choose from the following vegetables:Asparagus, Baby corn, Bell peppers, Carrots, Green Cabbage, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Water chestnuts
