Ted Stroehmann is the type of  guy whose angst drives his psychiatrist out of the room... the type of guy whose family jewels get caught in his zipper the night of his senior prom. This unfortunate everyman may not be lucky in life, but he was once lucky in love. At seventeen, he met the girl of every man's dreams, Mary Jenson, who asked him to their senior prom in Rhode Island. She was a real babe, a gem of a girl, until his jewels short-circuited the romance. After school ended that year, she moved with her family to Florida, and Ted never saw her again. But, there's something about Mary that still bewitches Ted. Although he hasn't seen her in over a dozen years, since that shameful prom night, his heart still flutters at the recollection of her. He's still crazy about her after all these years, and curious as to her whereabouts. At the insistence of his good friend Dom, he hires private eye Pat Healy to track her down in Miami. Though a little older now, Mary is even more beautiful than Ted recalls, with a successful medical career and a soft spot for the handicapped. However, Healy informs Ted, in his efforts to keep Mary for himself, that she has become a mail-order bride, an overweight, wheelchair-bound mother of four kids out-of-wedlock. But, the real jerk is Healy who, obsessed and totally in love with  Mary, lies about his own background in trying to win her love. A competition for Mary's affections ensues when Ted finds out the dick lied to him. He drives down to Miami from his home in Rhode Island to hopefully rekindle a romance that held promise many years before. But, another complication arises when Mary discovers that Ted hired Healy. There's something about Mary all right. Something that brings out the stalker in every guy she meets!

A British Naval frigate is lost inside Chinese  territorial   waters. In one of the most potentially explosive incidents of the late 20th century, international tensions soar. The slightest wrong move could bring devastation all over the globe. Elliot Carver (Jonathan Pryce) could not have planned a better way to boost ratings and secure new markets for his global satellite television network. In fact, Carver who prefers to create the news rather than report it is in possession of the vital navigational instrument that triggered the incident. And he's not giving it back. If tensions should escalate to all-out war,  ratings would go through the  roof. Carver's global daily paper and satellite television system would make him the ultimate media overlord for the new millennium.Unfortunately for Carver, someone is watching. Despite all his shadowy maneuverings, only one man is capable of stopping this deviant plot and change the course of history in the name of profit and power.

Every five thousand years, a door opens between the dimensions. In one dimension lies the universe and all of its multitude of   varied life forms. In another exists an element made not of earth, air, fire or water, but of anti-energy, anti-life. This "thing," this darkness, waits patiently at the threshold of the universe  for an opportunity to extinguish all life and all light. The Fifth Element is an action packed movie where Milla Jovovich teams up with Bruce Willis     ("Last Man Standing") to save the world from an evil presence that enters the galaxy every 5,000 years. Based in the future, Milla  plays a perfect, supreme  being who meets up with Willis, a retired military officer who now drives a cab, as they must somehow locate four ancient stones representing the four basic elements of earth, air, fire, and water. They must overcome many obstacles including Milla's ancient language and customs, as well as the evil Zorg (Gary Oldman, ( "Basquiat" ) and his  mercenaries, to locate the stones and position them around the Fifth Element which is the only hope to save life from the evil  presence aimed directly at earth.  However, without Willis' love for Milla she can never complete her role as the Fifth Element and all is lost. Every five thousand years, the universe needs a hero, and in New York City of the 23rd Century, a good hero is hard to find.

It was suppose to be a routine flight. The most violent criminals society has ever produced are being flown to the toughest maximum-security prison ever built. And with them is Cameron Poe (Cage), a parolee on his way home to his family.
------- Unfortunately he just got on the wrong plane. -------

On the ground, U.S. Marshal Vince Larkin (John Cusack) must prevent Grissom and the other hardened lifers from escaping. While Larkin's overzealous colleagues want to simply blow the airplane out of the sky, Larkin discovers he has an unexpected ally onboard the Plane...

Lex Whitman (Matthew Perry) is a straight-type from
Manhattan. Isabel Fuentes (Salma Hayek) is a fiery Mexican-American who believes in the power of destiny. Neither gave a thought to where a single night of passion woyld lead, but the whims of chance had other ideas. When they meet three months later, she’s pregnant and they decide to get married. It’s a long way from Manhattan to Las Vegas, but Alex is beggining to think it was worth the trip. Fools Rush In tells the funny, romantic sttory of fated lovers trying their luck at the world’s oldest game: love.

Mr. Bean (Rowan Atkinson) is a normally silent but spastic museum curator at the National
Gallery, where he spends his time snoozing on a chair, apparently guarding the paintings. He's evidently not very good at his job because most members of the gallery's board want to get rid of him (he's described as "the worst employee in the gallery's history").  However, he has the support of the board's chairman (Sir John Mills), who thinks he's a "splendid young man", although why he feels this way remains a mystery. To be rid of him, at least for a while, the exasperated board members decide to send him off to Los Angeles where a small art gallery has requested a scholar "of great weight and substance" to speak at the unveiling of their latest acquisition, Whistler's Mother, described as America's greatest painting and just acquired from the Musee d'Orsay in Paris thanks to the donation of $50 million by a right-wing army general (Burt Reynolds). From the moment he boards his transatlantic flight, Bean predictably brings chaos and destruction in his wake. In LA – where he's been invited to stay with the gallery's director, David Langley (Peter MacNicol) and his wife Alison (Pamela Reed), he proves to be a walking disaster area and it isn't hard to guess that even the valuable painting isn't safe when Dr. Bean (as the Americans call him) is in the vicinity.
