Okay, I liked this place as well as Mount Street, but I have serious problems with a house that has an outside toilet. Very light inside, but you're going to struggle to fit 4 people in here, the sun room isn't really bedroom material. Apart from this, the house is nice. Plus the view! ahh! goodness, gorgeous.
So, cute kitchen, always a good start. Single faucet (how on earth do you spell that word?).
Tiny bathroom, we're talking tiny, with weird pretend bath thingy in shower.
Crowning weakness of this house, the toilet is outside the back door...very creepy.....and I apologise for my crappiness with a camera, I have no excuse for sucking this badly.
The first bedroom, pretty stained glass, light without shade, power points, no fan.
The second bedroom, about the same size as first, has a fan!, power points, etc.
The third bedroom, smaller than first two, has a wardrobe though. no fan.
The sunroom, can see through the floorboards, but is not too bad.
Very nice, spacious living area, very bright.
Again, spacious and pretty.
Took me a while to work out that this must be the dining room!.
