42 Mount Street

Okay, this place is really really big, and very spacious. It has a friendly feel to it, but it is quite dark inside. We found 3 phone outlets, the water pressure was ok, the lights work, the toilet works, there's no curtains (but note the bay windows). proper locks on some windows, wooden floors, no carpet, lots of power points, a few light shades.

Yes, I like this place a lot. We could have 5 people here, but two of the bedrooms are a bit creepy. One has no windows, but opens onto the sun room, so they could have that room as well I guess, or just the sun room, whatever. Another one downstairs is like a big closet, a bit stifling, but someone who wants to pay $40 a week rent might like it.

Plus, they say yes to pets.

Again, cute kitchen, had a pantry...sort of, and a workbench. Oven etc. the stairs to downstairs are in the corner of the kitchen.

The bath is very cute (and full sized this time).

Toilet is inside!!

The first bedroom is big, has a green ceiling (Rel loved this room) has a bay window and opens onto the sun room (although i think those doors should be kept shut and the sunroom given to bedroom two.)

This room has no windows and is very very dark...hence the idea, as it also opens onto the sun room.

The aforementioned sun room.

The corner bedroom upstairs, cool room, lots of windows.

The corner bedroom downstairs - I loved this room! I want it for my own! it's pink! okay, that's not so cool, but I loved it nonetheless!

Creepy semi-closet room, probably better as study or storage, or very low rent...creepy.

Gorgeous area, light and another bay window. I don't seem to have a photo of the rest of the living area, but there's more. Plus there's the verandah upstairs which we know is very cool.

Cool downstairs living area, lovely pose by Rel.

Gorgeous back verandah.
