We adhere to the UN International Trade Procedures for Sale of Goods which are intended to safeguard the interests of the Seller and Buyer.
PROTECTION FOR INTERMEDIARIES/BROKERS
- A Non-Circumvention/Non-Disclosure (NCND) Agreement can be signed to protect the intermediary/broker prior to faxing the LOI/BCL.
- A Pre-Fee Agreement (PFA) may be arranged, if needed.
- All Intermediary Commissions will be protected by Fee Agreements from the Seller.
